Types of Surface Post-Treatment

- Phosphate Treatment : This is applied to the coated steel sheets with which customers want to do painting withoutany pre-treatment except cleaning.

- Chromate Treatment : This is to deter the occurrence of white rust on the coated surface while transporting or storing.This treatment provides better corrosion resistance than the phosphate treatment.

- Anti-Finger Print Treatment : Special resin is applied and cured in this section to a designated coating weight afterZn coating is chromated.This product demonstrates superior corrosion resistance and anti-finger print performance.

- Oiling : Oiling may also be done without any treatment in case customers want to do other treatments before using.

- Non-Treatment : Non-treatment is done upon the customer's request.
